Cindy Timko

Cathedral Administrator

Cindy is the Cathedral Administrator. She came to the Cathedral in 1999. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Cathedral including the physical plant and grounds. Cindy works closely with office volunteers and parishioners as well as contractors and vendors.

As a liaison between the church office and the Cathedral Choir School, she works to keep things running smoothly. Copies of bulletins and correspondence, including the monthly newsletter, The Call, are produced by Cindy and her reliable group of volunteers.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a focus on Life-Span Development and the Family from the University of Pittsburgh. Her past employment as a job trainer for adults, and as a social worker in a nursing home has given her well-rounded experience which she applies in the office everyday.

Cindy is originally from western Pennsylvania, near Johnstown. She and her husband Jon moved to Delaware in 1988. She is the mother of three adult children, and grandmother of two grandsons and a granddaughter.
